Our Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, Blue Sky Farms CBD® can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping Return

To return your product, you should email us at [email protected], and we’ll respond with further steps. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We will do our best to ship your order within 4 hours on a business day. WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for late or miss-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS and your order from us, so USPS must handle any shipping issues. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office; after that, it is out of our control.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS.
